Younes to plead guilty.

Younes agrees to plead guilty to 3 charges.

We have received confirmation from Younes wife regarding his pleading guilty, (we didn't want to post it until we knew for sure).

- His Sentencing is scheduled for 18 May 2012

-"My dear brothers and sisters in Islam, Younes had no choice but agree for pleading guilty offer to 3 charges.

They have pressed 8 charges on him which made a total scores of 40 years to life sentence.

The case is trap as usual, but this is the same method that many Muslim prisoners went through.

Wa hasbun Allahu wa ni3mal wakeel." -

Hundley (Younes lawyer) said the case against Morton [Yunus] presented free speech issues, but his client ultimately decided to take the plea the government offered rather than risk trial on more serious charges that could carry an even longer sentence.

"Certainly, this case had that question: at what point are you exercising free speech and at what point are you verging into prohibited speech of a threatening or inciting nature?" Hundley told POLITICO Wednesday. "That was something we obviously looked at very closely."

"If [Morton] had rejected the plea offer, he'd be facing substantially more than 15 years," Hundley said.

We urge you to make dua for Yunus and his family, also other Muslim Prisoners, offer support and raise awareness.

Nine jailed over terror bomb plot [Britain]

Please pray for our brothers. I believe that these brothers are indeed innocent, it is yet another set up from the courts of injustice. I pray for their eman and we pray they will be free.

O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies (i.e. disbelievers and polytheists) as friends, showing affection towards them, while they have disbelieved in what has come to you of the truth (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism, this Qur'ân, and Muhammad SAW), and have driven out the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) and yourselves (from your homeland) because you believe in Allâh your Lord! If you have come forth to strive in My Cause and to seek My Good Pleasure, (then take not these disbelievers and polytheists, as your friends). You show friendship to them in secret, while I am All-Aware of what you conceal and what you reveal. And whosoever of you (Muslims) does that, then indeed he has gone (far) astray, from the Straight Path[]. (1)

Should they gain the upper hand over you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you with evil, and they desire that you should disbelieve. (2)

Surah Al-Mumtahina 60:1-2

Nine jailed over terror bomb plot

Breaking news

Nine men who plotted to bomb the London Stock Exchange and build a terrorist training camp have been jailed.

Three of the men - all members of an al-Qaeda inspired terror group - received indeterminate sentences for public protection at London's Woolwich Crown Court.

The court heard they had planned to raise funds for a terrorist camp in Pakistan and recruit Britons to attend.

The men come from Stoke-on-Trent, Cardiff and London.

The three to receive indeterminate sentences were Mohammed Shahjahan 27, of Stoke-on-Trent, who was jailed for a minimum term of eight years and 10 months.

Usman Khan, 20, and Nazam Hussain, 26, also from Stoke-on-Trent, were ordered to serve at least eight years.

Other sentences were:

  • Mohammed Chowdhury: 13 years, 8 months
  • Gurukanth Desai: 12 years
  • Omar Latif: 10 years, 4 months
  • Abdul Miah: 16 years, 10 months
  • Mohibur Rahman: 5 years
  • Shah Rahman: 12 years

All nine men were arrested in December 2010. Each pleaded guilty to terrorism charges on the eve of their trial at Woolwich Crown Court.
